The pool area is beautiful and a nice spot to relax. Housekeeping was inconsistent; they didn't clean the room properly during our stay. Really noisy at night, like being in a hostel. Front desk staff were friendly but not always helpful. Paid $45 for parking and a hidden destination fee, which felt steep.

The staff was super friendly and helped us check in early after our flight got canceled we were so thankful for that the pool area was fun for kids and adults and the rooms were clean and comfy
It wasn’t inexpensive but still within reason

Valet service was a bit chaotic during peak times. The spacious rooms and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. Parking fees were quite high, which was a downside.

The beds provided the best sleep and comfortability I've had in a while. The room was clean, but a bit outdated. AC struggled to keep cool, despite being set to 65. Noise levels were disruptive; loud people in the hallway and street traffic made it hard to rest. Check-in was chaotic, and I received no notification about my room change to a single bed. Shower drainage was poor, creating an uncomfortable situation. Despite the issues, staff at check-in were helpful when faced with flight cancellations, making exceptions for an early check-in, which was appreciated.

Staying at this hotel was fantastic because it put me within a short stroll of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, Martin Luther King Jr National Historic Site, and Centennial Olympic Park, all of which were less than two kilometers away and perfect for a leisurely walk, plus there were plenty of great dining options just steps away, like Cuts Steakhouse and Crazy Atlanta, making it super convenient to grab a bite after exploring;

The noise from the club across the street was unbearable, blasting music until midnight. It ruined our sleep after a long drive. Definitely request a higher floor if you value your peace at night—lesson learned!

Conveniently located. Just a 15-minute walk to popular attractions. The room was clean, and the bed provided decent comfort. Staff were generally friendly, highlighting Mrs Bernice's cheerful service at The Market. The amenities are adequate: vending and ice machines on every floor, plus a charming coffee shop on the third. I encountered a few hiccups. Breakfast was overpriced, with uninspiring options. Valet service needed refinement; there's inefficiency at the drop-off entrance. Room service was inconsistent, and I noticed dirt in the sheets upon arrival. while there are solid features, attention to detail and guest experience must improve for a truly exceptional stay.

Comfortable bed, comfortable shower with excellent water pressure and lovely toiletries that made my stay feel more luxurious.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Conveniently located near downtown restaurants, but the experience fell flat. Early check-in promised but forgotten, leaving me frustrated in the lobby. Unimpressive buffet, and the bar took ages for basic wings. Outdated decor and overpriced valet at $45 a day were disappointing. The parking garage nearby felt unsafe, and the staff seemed indifferent. The rooms lacked basic upkeep—an unresponsive safe and noisy neighbors disrupted sleep throughout the night. For the amount paid, the value just wasn’t there. There are better options for a comfortable stay where you feel welcomed.

I loved the heated indoor swimming pool—perfect for a splash even on a cool day! The staff made us feel right at home, offering a warm welcome and great service. Plus, the location was just steps away from so many awesome attractions!
can recommend 🥳❤️

The kids loved spotting joggers and walkers, and the room service was top, notch. The premium bedding made us feel like royalty, and the video, game console kept the little ones entertained for hours.
For dads it would be great to have on, site children's activities.

Courtland Grand Hotel's proximity to my work event was a major advantage. It made commuting effortless. room cleanliness and service left much to be desired, with issues like unhelpful staff and unexpected charges overshadowing a potentially pleasant stay.

The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The common areas feel nice, and the pool area looks inviting.
The tub was dirty and definitely needed a good scrub.

The indoor pool and scenic terrace rest right in the middle of the hotel with a retractable roof, how fancy! Fandangles Bar had an assortment of libations, felt like a royal drinking craft beer!
I loved waiting for the elusive service elevator and enduring moldy rooms. What a delightful treat!

Great spot near downtown. Rooms are small and staff could be friendlier.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety including scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, and more. The coffee was delicious, and the room size was comfortable. The location was also convenient for exploring the area.
The hotel appeared old and in need of maintenance. Some rooms had issues like malfunctioning doors and showers.

Chilling in the room with the video-game console was epic after exploring Centennial Park – so many peeps jogging around! Plus, the beds felt like sleeping on clouds, total vibe.
We wished they had a sweet rooftop bar for us teens to hang and party at night! .

the hotel was clean and welcoming. it's so close to everything - especially by bernice - the lovely and friendly lady. we had a great time at the private party area. the staff were awesome and the food and drinks at the bar were excellent.

The hotel had some positive aspects, such as the friendly staff and the lovely pool area. The location was convenient and there were some nice amenities like the text feature to communicate with the front desk. there were some disappointing aspects as well. The room was cold and the air conditioning didn't work properly, making it uncomfortable. The TV was also not working, and there was a lack of information provided in the room about hotel services and facilities. the fridge was empty while a substantial incidental fee was charged. I also faced challenges with the valet service, as it was not optional as listed and there were issues with the ice machine and internet service. The hotel layout was confusing, and there were multiple instances of poor communication and unprofessional behavior from the staff during fire alarms. the Courtland was overpriced for the experience provided.

Our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a variety of amenities including a pool, bar, and rooftop. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate-covered strawberries in our room. The location was convenient, close to downtown attractions.
The surrounding area felt a bit run down and there were some safety concerns with panhandling and loiterers nearby. The hotel itself could use some updates in terms of decor and amenities.

Nothing, all was good 🙂

The pool was a great hangout spot, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The bed was excellent and the front desk staff was friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The Hispanic waiter in the dining hall was excellent, and the female waiter in the bar area went the extra mile. The valet, Alvin, was courteous, kept me informed, and found my car after a one-hour wait.
Felt cared for, nothing too much trouble.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Martin Luther King Jr National Historic Site. The hotel's Market pleasantly surprised me with its individually packaged meals and continental grab-and-go options. Collage offered a quick breakfast, which I liked.
Slow room service responses.
